The diode pumped laser marking systems made by the ACI Laser
GmbH have been developed for complying with important market
demands: This is the integration of all optical, electronic
and mechanical components in one housing. Alternative solutions
for water cooling, fibre optical connections and costly
electrical supply units have been used. The integrated thermo-electrical
cooling system avoids costs, space and maintenance for additional
supply and cooling systems and with this it provides for
stable operation of the solid-state lasers. This results
in an enormous reduction of operating costs.

Because the diode-pumped solid-state laser has been developed
further, the DPLGenesis Marker opens new dimensions in the
field of laser marking. With its increased output power,
the markinglaser is very well suitable for marking plastic
or metal.

| DPLNexus Marker |

By means of the marking laser DPLNexus Marker, 12 W cw of
laser power are generated in TEMoo-Mode. Because of the
high beam quality and the high pulse peak performance generated
by active quality switching, the DPLNexus Marker opens new
fields of application especially for deep engraving in metals,
annealing on steel and titanium. Furthermore, a lot of plastics,
foil and ceramic materials can be marked with laser very
fast and with high contrast.
