  • It is specially designed for easy and speedy marking on metal labels or tags.
  • It can mark on aluminium, brass, steel, almost every metal perfectly.
  • A wide range of label sizes can be marked on the machine which is particularly effective when data needs to be marked into windows of pre-printed labels.

 Rollmarker  

  • Ideal for marking cylindrical (solid or hollow) components of steel, aluminium, brass, etc.
  • Uses Interchangeable Steel types and Marking Dies.
  • Perfect for marking such specific components as: drills, taps, engine valves, spark plugs, cutting tools, diamond tools, brushes, nozzles, sanitary fittings, hose end fittings, gas lighters, studs.

  • Suitable for marking all metals, many plastics etc
  • For use by either hand/hammer or in most types of marking machines

 Automatic Numbering Heads / Manual changing finger pawl

    These are ideal for marking of frequently changing numbers or sequentially incrementing serial numbers. Special numbering heads can be manufactured to requirements.

 Font Sets (interchangeable steel type)

    Making a mark with type sets saves time- in just one stroke; a series of letters and figures can be indented in a product or name plate with uniform legibility. The simple solution for multi-character marking.

 Branders

    Specially designed 1000W heating element reaches branding temperature faster (approx. 10 min.) and holds temperature. Hardwood handle. Special high heat conducting alloy number head and letter inserts for longer branding usage. Seperate replaceable heating element as with other branders. Built-in stand allows user to set hot tool almost anywhere.

 Handstamps

 Micromarkers
    Portable marking unit. The internal impact force is triggered by pressure using the palm of the hand. The micro centre punch is practical, versatile and quick, and has an impact force adjustable from 0 up to 50 Kg. The micro centre punch is available in black metal or in coloured plastic. Various punches are available including letters of the alphabet, numbers in 2.5mm height as well as the symbols shown in the adjacent table. Special signs and logos can also be supplied on request up to a maximum of 3 mm height.
